Willkie advised dr.consulta, a leading Brazilian company providing accessible healthcare and high-quality primary and secondary care, in connection with an investment from the International Finance Corporation, the private-sector arm of the World Bank Group.
The equity investment reinforces dr.consulta’s growth strategy and will enable it to expand its care model into new regions of the country, broadening access to quality healthcare for the Brazilian population.
