Willkie advised Cascade Financial Services, a leading lender to buyers of manufactured homes, on its sale to Pretium, a specialized investment firm focused on U.S. residential real estate, residential credit and corporate credit.
On September 10, Pretium announced that Cascade is joining its residential credit platform, which provides financing for borrowers who would not qualify for a traditional, government-backed mortgage. The addition of Cascade will enable Pretium to expand its lending to prospective purchasers of manufactured homes.
