Willkie represented SpaceX in connection with its landmark transaction to acquire approximately 130,000 acres of land located in Vermillion Parish, Louisiana. This acquisition represents a key step in SpaceX's plan to develop a new high frequency launch facility. The planned development will be transformational for Southern Louisiana.
