New York, NY (July 7, 2026) --- Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP announced today that private funds lawyer Erica Temel has joined the Firm as a partner in the Asset Management Department. She is based in New York.

Erica focuses her practice on advising sponsors on the formation, structuring and marketing of private equity funds and other investment vehicles, primarily in the buyout and credit sectors.
Erica joins a team of 30 partners in Willkie’s Private Funds practice group dedicated to private fund formation and investments across the Firm’s offices in New York, Washington D.C., Los Angeles, Chicago, Houston, London, Paris and Frankfurt. Her arrival follows the addition of private funds partner Katy Kim last month. Erica was previously a partner at Kirkland & Ellis.
