Willkie advised VSS Capital Partners and its portfolio company Centroid Systems, a premier Oracle Cloud Infrastructure service provider, on the sale of Centroid to Gridiron Capital LLC.
VSS recently announced that it completed its successful exit from Centroid, having supported the company’s expansion into a leading technology services company focused on Oracle Cloud solutions for middle-market and enterprise clients.
Willkie previously advised VSS on its investment in Centroid in 2021.
