Willkie advised William Blair & Company, L.L.C. and D.A. Davidson & Co., as representatives of the several underwriters, in connection with Mama’s Creations, Inc.’s (NASDAQ: MAMA) underwritten public offering of approximately $100 million of common stock.
Mama’s Creations announced the pricing of its registered underwritten public offering of 5,555,556 shares of common stock at a public offering price of $18.00 per share. Mama’s Creations granted the underwriters a 30-day option to purchase up to 833,333 additional shares of common stock. The offering priced on June 29, 2026, and closed on July 1, 2026.
