Willkie represented 2X, a global innovator in subscription-based B2B go-to-market services, in its acquisition of Knownwell, an AIaaS platform specializing in agentic AI engineering, commercial intelligence and next-generation GTM systems.
2X, a portfolio company of Recognize, recently announced that it acquired Knownwell, advancing 2X’s evolution into a leading human-agentic GTM services company. The transaction values the combined company at more than $400 million, positioning 2X to compete in a rapidly expanding market for AI-enabled GTM operating systems.
Willkie previously advised Recognize on its investment in 2X in 2023 and subsequently represented 2X in numerous acquisitions.
Recognize is an investment platform exclusively focused on the digital services industry.
