Willkie advised Triton Investments Advisers LLP and its portfolio company Tendra Technical Services Limited, a leading UK technical services group for the built environment, on Tendra’s acquisition of Dynamic FM Ltd.
Tendra recently announced that it acquired Dynamic FM, a UK-based leader in the delivery of mechanical and engineering works and facilities management contracts across public, private and commercial sectors. Tendra is backed by the Triton Smaller Mid Cap Fund II.
Willkie previously advised Triton on the formation of Tendra Technical Services in December 2025.
