Willkie advised Sixth Street Specialty Lending as agent and lender in respect of senior term and revolving facilities to support VertiGIS Ltd's recommended cash offer for 1Spatial plc, effected by means of a court-sanctioned scheme of arrangement.
VertiGIS, backed by Battery Ventures, is a leading provider of geospatial and location intelligence software.
