Willkie represented Silent House Group, an Emmy Award-winning production studio and creative agency that designs and produces large-scale events, in its acquisition by TAIT, a global leader in concert staging and live experiences.
On March 2, TAIT announced that it acquired Silent House Group, uniting its world-class technical execution with Silent House Group’s forward-thinking creative design. The two companies have collaborated for years on premier live events, including, among others, Taylor Swift's The Eras Tour; Tyler, the Creator’s Chromakopia Tour; Jonas Brothers’ Greetings from Your Hometown Tour; Backstreet Boys’ Into The Millennium Sphere Residency; and Kendrick Lamar’s Grand National Tour.
Founded in 2010 by CEO Baz Halpin, Silent House Group is a global, full-service design and production agency that is a leader in large-scale live experiences. The L.A.-based company is comprised of three specialized divisions - Silent House Productions, Silent House Studios and Silent House Touring.
The Willkie team was led by partner Thomas Baxter and included partner Shane Nix, counsel Nicole Ostrowski, and associates Charles Hancock, Kalyn Adiekweh and Ilia Katz.
