Willkie advised Saham Group on the execution of a total return equity swap (TRS) agreement with a major financial institution for up to €355 million to increase its exposure to the share capital of TP, a leader in digital business services formerly known as Teleperformance SE.
Saham Group, headquartered in Casablanca, is an international investment firm with a diversified portfolio spanning financial services, customer experience, real estate, education, and agriculture.
