Willkie advised Capstone Point Holdings, LLC on its acquisition of the Entertainment Media division of Optimal, a portfolio company of a fund managed by ORIX Capital Partners.
The acquired business is a leading media planning and buying agency specializing in entertainment, and will conduct business under its legacy name, Optimad Media. The company delivers data-driven campaigns for major studios, distributors and networks, and will invest in direct prints and advertising campaigns alongside client partners.
Capstone Point Holdings, LLC is a private investment entity backed by a family office.
The Willkie team was led by partner Kris Agarwal and included partners Scott Thompson, Genevieve Dorment and Robert Jacobson and associate Claudia Garnica.
