Willkie advised CrossCountry Consulting LLC, a portfolio company of Investcorp, in connection with financing for its acquisition of Corporate Diligence Specialists, LLC (CDS) and a repricing of CrossCountry’s existing loans.
CrossCountry Consulting is a leading provider of specialized advisory and technology solutions across finance, accounting, risk and operations. On February 2, CrossCountry Consulting announced its acquisition of CDS, a premier financial due diligence firm headquartered in San Francisco.
