Willkie represented BMO Sponsor Finance, as agent and lead arranger, on the upsizing of the existing credit facility for GridHawk, a portfolio company of Cascata Capital.
GridHawk, founded in 2019 in partnership with Cascata Capital, provides full-spectrum outsourced asset damage-prevention and mitigation services and solutions on behalf of utility companies.
Willkie previously represented BMO Sponsor Finance in connection with the original financing for MidOcean Partners’ non-control preferred equity investment in GridHawk in 2024.
The Willkie team was led by partners Jake Schtevie and Brad Laken and included associates Travis Simon and Ayushi Dwivedi.
