Willkie represented St. Bernard Renewables LLC (SBR) and SBR Marketing LLC, as borrowers under a $100,000,000 senior secured term loan credit facility provided by Coöperatieve Rabobank U.A., New York Branch.
SBR Renewables LLC is a joint venture biorefinery that produces renewable diesel. It is a partnership between PBF Energy, a major oil refiner, and Eni Sustainable Mobility, an Italian company focused on sustainable mobility products and services.
The Willkie team was led by partner Andres Mena and counsel Louis Quagliato and included law clerk Caitlin Divani.
