Willkie represented an affiliate of Pearl Energy Investments in the formation and funding of Dragonfly Oil & Gas Partners, LLC, a new upstream oil and natural gas exploration and production company.
Dragonfly recently announced that it was formed in June 2025 with equity commitments from funds managed by Pearl Energy Investments and is actively evaluating acquisition and development prospects in the Permian, MidCon, and South Texas.
