Willkie is advising Apollo Group Holdings Limited (“Apollo”), a Lloyd’s of London insurance managing agent platform, in connection with the definitive agreement for the sale of Apollo by Alchemy, management, employees, and other strategic investors to Skyward Specialty Insurance Group, Inc. The total consideration of $555 million to be paid for Apollo will be a mix of cash and shares in Skyward.

Willkie has previously advised Apollo and Apollo Underwriting at Lloyds on an internal reorganisation followed by a private equity investment by Alchemy Partners.
