Willkie recently advised private equity firm STG on the financing for its acquisition of Formpipe Software AB’s Public Sector business area.
On August 18, Formpipe, a prominent case and document management software provider, announced that it entered into an agreement with STG to sell the Formpipe Public Sector business. The transaction is expected to close in Q4 2025, subject to the timing of regulatory clearances or approvals.
STG is a private equity partner to market-leading companies in data, software, and analytics.
