Willkie represented Post Oak Energy Capital, LP in connection with the $600 million close of Post Oak Energy Partners V, LP, and the formation of an approximately $164 million co-investment vehicle.
On June 17, Post Oak announced the final closing of Post Oak Energy Partners V, LP with capital commitments totaling $600 million. Post Oak raised a total of $764 million for the strategy, including a co-investment vehicle.
Fund V will focus on the lower middle market segment of the North American upstream oil and gas industry, and has already made commitments to five portfolio companies, with capital deployed across the Permian, Utica, and Haynesville basins.
