Willkie is representing Aquiline Capital Partners and its portfolio company Ontellus, a leading provider of health records retrieval and claims intelligence, in the sale of Ontellus to Datavant, a leading health data platform company.
Datavant recently announced that it signed an agreement to acquire Ontellus from Aquiline, a private investment firm specializing in financial services and technology, and Capstreet, a Houston-based lower middle market private equity firm. The combination of Datavant and Ontellus will simplify the secure, compliant exchange of clinical and billing data between providers and requesters.
