Willkie advised Latecoere, a Tier 1 supplier to major international aircraft manufacturers, in connection with a reserved capital increase that raised approximately €1.1 million.
On May 7, Latecoere announced the completion of a reserved capital increase for the benefit of employees and corporate officers of the group. Latecoere issued 73,333,328 new shares at a unit subscription price of 0.015 euros as part of the capital increase. The total amount of the capital increase, including issue premium, amounts to approximately €1.1 million.
