Willkie advised SSA Marine, an independent marine terminal operator, on its expanded investment in Termont Montreal, one of the two primary container terminal operators in the Port of Montreal. The Port of Montreal consists of two terminals, the Maisonneuve and the Viau Terminals which have a total capacity of 1.1 million TEUs.
This investment builds on SSA Marine’s 75-year history of terminal and stevedoring operations in North America.
