Willkie advised Insight Partners as lead investor in the funding round.
On April 27, Paris-based Reveal, a B2B collaboration platform, announced that it raised $50 million in a Series A funding round led by Willkie client Insight Partners. Eight Roads, Chalfen Ventures and Dig Ventures also participated in the funding round, alongside existing investors Localglobe, Ventech and Kernel.
The funding is expected to help Reveal grow its platform for B2B companies to develop partner programs and generate revenue.
Insight Partners is a global software investor partnering with high-growth technology, software, and Internet startup and ScaleUp companies.
The Willkie team was led by partners Annette Péron and Philip Coletto and included associates Hugo Kerbib and Paul Dumas.
