Willkie advised Insight Partners on its Series C investment in global financial markets software company Genesis Global.
On February 16, it was announced that Willkie client Insight Partners participated in Genesis Global’s $200 million financing round, alongside Tiger Global Management, Accel, GV, Illuminate Financial, Tribeca Early Stage Partners and Salesforce Ventures.
