On December 2, Fullsteam Holdings LLC, a payments technology and vertical software holding company owned by Aquiline Capital Partners, announced the closing of a minority investment from Sixth Street.
Fullsteam is a leader in integrated payments and vertical software solutions to small and mid-size businesses across healthcare, field services, specialty retail, association management, automotive and other specialized markets. Willkie previously advised Aquiline in the launch of Fullsteam in 2018.
The Willkie team was led by partners Jeffrey Poss and Manuel Miranda, and included associate Thomas Sharkey.
