Willkie represented global insurance holding company W. R. Berkley Corporation in its offering of 3.150% Senior Notes due 2061.

On September 8, longtime Willkie client W. R. Berkley Corporation (NYSE: WRB) announced that it priced an offering of $350 million aggregate principal amount of 3.150% Senior Notes due 2061. BofA Securities, Credit Suisse, J.P. Morgan and Morgan Stanley are joint book-running managers of the offering. The company intends to use the net proceeds of the offering, which is expected to close on September 15, 2021, for general corporate purposes.
