Willkie recently represented Insight Partners portfolio company Campaign Monitor, a multichannel campaign management and email marketing company, on its acquisition of Selligent Holdings Limited from HGGC, a US-based PE firm. Headquartered in Belgium, with offices in the US, Germany, UK, France, Italy and Spain, Selligent is a B2C marketing automation platform used by various industries including retail, media, entertainment, publishing, travel, hospitality and financial services. Selligent offers an intelligent omnichannel marketing cloud platform that provides insights that allows companies to deliver more personalized and valuable consumer engagements. This acquisition extends Campaign Monitor’s lead as the largest family of multichannel marketing and email companies worldwide.
The cross-border Willkie deal team was led by partners David Arnold in London and Robert Rizzo in New York and included partners David Tarr and Jordan Messinger and associates Autri Saha, Kristine Tabor, Rose Ohanesian, Vanessa Tse, Danielle Bradley, and Melissa Doura.
