On May 4, Marsh & McLennan Companies, Inc. announced that it priced $750 million aggregate principal amount of its 2.250% Senior Notes due 2030. Willkie represented BofA Securities, Inc., Citigroup Global Markets Inc., Barclays Capital Inc., Deutsche Bank Securities Inc., HSBC Securities (USA) Inc. and TD Securities (USA) LLC as joint book-running managers for the offering. The company intends to use the net proceeds from the offering, which is expected to close on May 7, 2020, for general corporate purposes, including paying down a portion of the borrowings under its revolving credit facility.
