The deal doubled the size of Vitale Assistance, making it the market leader in post-insurance claim in-kind repairs.

Willkie recently advised Vitale Assistance, controlled since July 2017 by Weinberg Capital Partners (WCP), in its alliance with competitor Groupe 3iD. The deal doubled the size of Vitale Assistance, making it the market leader in post-insurance claim in-kind repairs. 

The transaction involves all Vitale Assistance’s shareholders, as well as Groupe 3iD manager Philippe Yvars, who is reinvesting and will serve as the managing director (directeur général) of the new group. The alliance between the two groups creates the independent market leader with more than €80 million in revenue and a unique service offering for its clients including a national network of 30 multi-business agencies.
