Paris office represents Dalkia on the negotiation and signing of its partnership agreement with Amundi Transition Energétique to support the development of renewable heating networks in France.
Willkie client Dalkia has entered into a partnership agreement with Amundi Transition Energétique to support the development of renewable heating networks in France.
This agreement will offer local authorities innovative and sustainable solutions by combining Dalkia’s experience, and alternative financial structuring based on Amundi’s expertise in infrastructure investment.
The deal was handled by partner Gabriel Flandin, with the support of partners Thierry Laloum on public law matters and Michaël Armandou on project finance matters. Associates Thomas Saint-Loubert-Bié and Nicolas Bordes were involved on the corporate aspects of the transaction.
