Willkie represented OSG in the acquisition of NCP Solutions, an outsourced transactional communications provider for the financial services industry.
On November 13, Willkie client OSG Billing Services, a portfolio company of Aquiline Capital Partners and a leading outsourced provider of omnichannel billing and payment solutions, announced that it will acquire NCP Solutions, LLC, a wholly owned subsidiary of Harland Clarke Corp. OSG is a leading outsourced provider of omnichannel billing and payment solutions, offering a full suite of integrated customer communications and engagement solutions. NCP helps companies optimize the effectiveness, efficiency and impact of critical business communications and is a recognized leader in outsourced transactional communications in the financial services industry. The transaction is expected to close by the end of 2018.
