Willkie represents Impala in the sale of its majority stake in the French removable office partitions specialist Clestra Hauserman.

Willkie advised Impala on the sale of its majority stake in the French removable office partitions specialist Clestra Hauserman, which was held through its subsidiary Impala Industries since 2013. Clestra Hauserman employs 660 people worldwide, including 390 in France, primarily in Illkirch near Strasbourg (270 employees). It generates €150 million in turnover.

The Korean group KC Green Holdings, listed on the Seoul stock exchange and focused on environmental technologies, acquired 67% of the share capital of Clestra Hauserman and the current CEO Vincent Paul-Petit now holds the remaining 33% stake, via his company Industries & Commerces Investissements. KC Green Holdings already holds 50% of Clestra Hauserman's South Korean subsidiary, and this acquisition is set to further the globalization of Clestra Hauserman's activities.

The Willkie team was led by partner Alexandra Bigot and national partner Gabriel Flandin, and included associate Louis Jambu Merlin.
