Information Innovators is a technology and mission-focused company serving the federal government, with particular strength in the healthcare IT arena.

On February 6, Salient CRGT Inc., a leading provider of Agile software development, data analytics, mobility, cybersecurity, and infrastructure solutions, announced that it had signed a definitive agreement for the acquisition of Springfield, VA-based Information Innovators, Inc., a technology and mission-focused company serving the federal government, with particular strength in the healthcare IT arena. The combined company is backed by private equity firms Bridge Growth Partners and Frontenac, both of which have extensive experience in the federal services sector. Willkie represented Bridge Growth Partners and Salient CRGT in this merger of equals.

The transaction combines two highly complementary businesses. Information Innovators has spent the past 18 years building and solidifying a full suite of next-generation solutions, including healthcare information technology services, enterprise information technology solutions, cloud services and agile development capabilities focused on the needs of customers within federal healthcare, civilian, national security and defense markets.

Bridge Growth Partners is a uniquely structured growth-oriented private equity firm that focuses on investments in the technology and technology-enabled financial services sectors. Willkie also represented Bridge Growth Partners in its acquisition of CRGT Inc.; merger of CRGT Inc. with Salient Federal Solutions, Inc.; majority investment in Solace Systems, Inc.; acquisition of Finalsite; and acquisition of School Website.
