Syclef is a major French player in the installation and maintenance of commercial and agri-food refrigeration systems.

On December 18, Latour Capital announced the acquisition, through its fund Latour Capital II, of a majority stake in Syclef. With this transaction, Edmond de Rothschild Investment Partners, through its fund Winch Capital 2, sold its stake in the company. Syclef is the first participation of Latour Capital’s second fund, which completed its fundraising and closed at its hard cap of €300 million. The investment will allow Syclef to accelerate its development, in particular through external growth operations, and to expand to new markets.

Syclef is a major French player in the installation and maintenance of commercial and agri-food refrigeration systems. The group serves a diversified client portfolio of independent or integrated major food retailers and manufacturers in the agri-food sector. Created in 2003 through a business combination of SMEs from the southeast of France, Syclef has grown organically to become a multiregional leader in the south and west of France.
