Willkie represents American International Group, Inc. in its acquisition of NSM Holdings, Inc., a specialty insurance program manager.
On March 31, Willkie client American International Group, Inc. completed its previously announced acquisition of a controlling interest in NSM Holdings, Inc., one of the nation’s largest managers of specialty insurance programs. The deal is expected to expand NSM’s capacity to acquire additional program managers, while providing AIG with a new platform for expansion of revenues. The Willkie team was led by partner Robert Rachofsky and associate Andrew Fedder, with assistance from, among others, partners Leah Campbell, Christopher Peters and Mark Holdsworth, and associates Marisa Matays, DJ Stauber and Caleb Vesey.
