Waterland Private Equity acquires founder’s shares in leading European fashion show organizer.
Premium group, the Berlin-based organizer of high fashion shows, recently announced the reorganization of its ownership structure. Willkie represented Waterland Private Equity, which acquired the shares of one of the former owners of the company. Over the past decade, the PREMIUM group has created a unique platform for fashion trade throughout Europe.
The multidisciplinary Willkie team was led by partners Mario Schmidt and Dr. Stefan Jörgens (corporate/private equity), and included partner Dr. Patrick Meiisel, national partners Dr. Bettina Bokeloh (both tax), Rolf Hünermann (compliance/corporate commercial), Dr. Christian Rolf (employment) and associates Dr. Stephanie Schmidt-Ehemann, Dr. Jan Claudio Munoz, Andreas Knödler (all corporate/private equity), Jörg Walzer (tax), Mario Bammann, Tobias Daubert (both finance) and Jochen Riechwald (employment).
