Private equity firm Ekkio Capital sells French risk consulting firm Risk&CO to Latour Capital.
Willkie client Ekkio Capital recently announced that it has sold French risk consulting firm Risk&CO to Latour Capital, an investment firm specializing in French midcap companies. Focusing in the area of security and strategic intelligence, Risk&CO assists companies and organizations in the evaluation, prevention and management of all the risks inherent to changing, unstable and deteriorated environments. Ekkio Capital is a private equity firm specializing in investing in growth capital, buyouts, middle market, and PIPES.
The deal was handled by partner Christophe Garaud, special European counsel Philippe Grudé and associate with Gil Kiener.
