Ekkio Capital acquires minority stake in leading online camping site booking business in France and Europe.
Willkie client Ekkio Capital recently announced the acquisition of a minority stake in Compagnie des Vacances, a leading online camping site booking business in France and Europe. Ekkio was formerly known as Acto Capital, one of the private equity arms of Groupama. Compagnie des Vacances is an online provider of holiday trips, with a specific focus on camping sites. The deal was handled by partner Christophe Garaud, special European counsel Philippe Grudé and associates Basma Paradin and Solenn Messerli.
