Paramount Group increases its stake in the 603,977 square-foot 36-story Class A office tower to 100 percent.
On March 27, Willkie client Paramount Group, Inc., New York’s largest privately held international real estate investment and management firm, announced that it has successfully taken over sole ownership of 900 Third Avenue office tower upon its buyout of partner Investa Office Fund. The property is a 603,977 square-foot 36-story Class A office tower located in midtown Manhattan. Paramount Group has 13 million square-feet of Class A commercial office buildings in Midtown and Downtown New York, Washington D.C. and San Francisco.
The deal was handled by partner Thomas Henry and associates Cindy Yellen, Jennifer Schanes and Laura Franklin.
