Seventy-four Weiser partners to be incorporated into Mazars’ international integrated partnership.

On April 7, international audit and advisory services firm Mazars Group and Willkie client Weiser LLP, an audit and advisory firm with a strong presence in the northeastern United States, announced a deal to combine their businesses. Pursuant to the new arrangement, Weiser will become a Mazars member firm and be renamed WeiserMazars LLP. Seventy-four Weiser partners will be incorporated into Mazars’ international integrated partnership. With the combination, Mazars will have member firm offices in 56 countries, served by 12,500 professionals, including over 680 partners. Weiser, which employs more than 650 professionals has maintained a close working relationship with Weiser for the last ten years via a joint venture agreement. Both firms provide audit, accounting, tax and advisory services to clients in a spectrum of industries. The deal was handled by partners David Boston and Michael Young, and associate Jeffrey Fang.
