Safety and hygiene products manufacturer Kimberly-Clark Corporation acquires Willkie client Jackson Products, Inc., a privately held safety products company headquartered in Fenton, Mo.

On April 14, it was announced that safety and hygiene products manufacturer Kimberly-Clark Corporation has acquired Willkie client Jackson Products, Inc., a privately held safety products company headquartered in Fenton, Mo. Jackson Products, Inc., commonly known as Jackson Safety, is a leading provider of welding safety products, personal protective equipment and work zone safety products. Until the sale, Jackson Products had been a portfolio company of the CapStreet Group, a Houston-based middle-market buyout fund and Willkie client. Kimberly-Clark is a leading global health and hygiene company with brands that include Kleenex, Scott, Andres, Huggies, Pull-Ups, Kotex, Poise, and Depend. The deal was handled by partners Bruce Herzog, Mark Getachew, Christopher Peters, E. Donald Elliott and David Rubinsky; special counsel Kim Walker; and associates Ameesha Hosmane, Katie Calabrese, Christian Ercole, Jeffrey Goldfarb, Jeremy Hendon, Kevin Klesh and Joseph Philip.
