Willkie assists Deutsche Bank, the financial advisor to Tutor-Saliba, in Tutor-Saliba's proposed $862 million sale to Perini.

On April 2, it was announced that Perini Corporation and privately-held Tutor-Saliba Corporation have signed a definitive merger agreement.  Willkie advised Deutsche Bank, the financial advisor to Tutor-Saliba, in Tutor-Saliba’s proposed $862 million sale to Perini.  Perini Corporation is a provider of general contracting, construction management, and design-build services to private clients and public agencies worldwide. Tutor-Saliba offers self-performed construction services, concentrating on larger more complex buildings in multiple markets and public infrastructure construction projects ranging from $100 million to over $1 billion.   The deal was handled by partner David Boston and associates Melinda Wang and Peter Agnetti.
