Ventas, Inc. announces that it has priced a public offering of 23,400,000 shares of its common stock at $40.50 per share.
On May 18, Willkie client Ventas, Inc. announced that it has priced a public offering of 23,400,000 shares of its common stock at $40.50 per share. Gross proceeds from the offering (before deducting the underwriting discount and expenses) are expected to be approximately $947.7 million. Ventas, Inc. is one of the nation's leading healthcare real estate investment trusts with a portfolio of 512 healthcare-related facilities located in 43 states and Canada. The deal was handled by partners David Boston and Henry Cohn, and associates Kelly Sutherland, Sarah Schandler, Andrew Markus and Vladimir Kobzar.
