Jupitermedia Corporation announces agreement to sell its Search Engine Strategies trade shows and its ClickZ.com Network of Websites, including its popular SearchEngineWatch.com, for $43 million in cash to London-based Incisive Media plc.
On August 2, Willkie client Jupitermedia Corporation announced that it has entered a definitive agreement to sell its Search Engine Strategies trade shows and its ClickZ.com Network of Websites, including its popular SearchEngineWatch.com, for $43 million in cash to London-based Incisive Media plc. The sale is intended to allow the company to better focus on its growing commercial images operations. Darien, CT-based Jupitermedia Corporation is a leading global provider of original information, images, research and events for information technology, business and creative professionals. The deal was handled by partner Jeffrey Poss; special counsel Claudia Cantarella; and associates Matthew Rizzo, Kelly Sutherland, Emily Schonbraun, David Rubinsky, J. Pasco Struhs, and Christopher Peters.
