On April 23 at 6:00 pm (ET), associates Abigail Ryckman and Dane Sowers will present the program titled “Intersection of IP Rights: Dance Performance.” The session is part of the Bridge the Gap 2026 Skills Series, hosted in New York City by Fordham Law School’s Office of Public Programs and CLE.
Abigail and Dane will use a dance company as a case study to examine the pertinent legal considerations that apply to the company’s IP, placing particular emphasis on the use of copyright protection to protect the company’s work, including its choreography and performances.
