On March 9, partners Matthew Block and Larissa Marcellino will participate as speakers during the 24th Annual International Conference on Private Investment Funds, hosted by the International Bar Association in London, UK.
At 12:30 pm (GMT), Matt will participate in the workshop session titled Managing Conflicts of Interest, which will focus on how sponsors manage conflicts of interest, including allocations among multiple products, affiliate transactions, and secondaries, while also taking into account the applicable regulatory regimes in which the funds operate.
At 3:45 pm (GMT), Larissa will participate in the workshop session titled “Structured Solutions/Creative Capital Raising – RNF, NAV, CFO, Subline Feeders.” The speakers will discuss the use of innovative structures like rated note feeders, NAV facilities, collateralized fund obligations and subline portfolio needs as fundraising and liquidity challenges intensify, among other topics.
