On October 9 at 1:30 pm (ET), counsel Nicole Zayac and partners Sarah Kessler and Sam Weber will participate on the panel titled “Latest Trends on Investment Transactions into Private Assets (Debt and Other Alternative Assets).” The session is part of the 2025 Association of Life Insurance Counsel (ALIC) Fly-In, hosted in New York City.
The panelists will discuss investment transactions into private credit rated debt for the life insurance industry, including rated note feeder investments, net asset value loans, collateralized fund obligations and other bespoke rated instruments. The panel will also cover considerations and trends when the originator of these investments is an affiliate of the life insurer, among other topics.
