On March 22, Willkie, alongside AlixPartners and Brick Court Chambers, will host a conference to discuss the Digital Markets Act that came into effect across Europe in November 2022. The event will take place at Haberdasher’s Hall in London from 12:30 pm to 5:30 pm local time.

The Digital Markets Act is transformative and will have a significant impact on the way online platforms and businesses operate. The conference will cover what this new regulation of digital markets means for public and private enforcement going forward, and will provide a unique opportunity to hear from those dealing with these issues across Europe, with perspectives from the regulators, industry, lawyers and experts.
