On September 16 at 1:30pm BST, Asset Management partners Georgia Bullitt and Henrietta de Salis will speak at the second annual ETFGI Global ETFs Insights Summit – Europe & MEA on the European and US Regulatory Initiatives Impacting ETFs.
The summit is designed to facilitate a substantive and in-depth discussion on the impact that ETFs have on markets and market structure, and the regulatory, trading, and technological developments impacting the use of ETFs.
Georgia Bullitt is a partner in the Asset Management Group, focusing on securities and derivatives trading issues, regulation of broker-dealers, investment advisers and other financial intermediaries, and trade-related documentation. Her experience also includes advice on structured products, regulation of foreign exchange (including questions regarding retail forex), and private banking.
Henrietta de Salis is a partner in Willkie’s London office and is a financial services lawyer providing advice and transaction support to banks, securities firms, asset and investment managers, funds and intermediaries — including broker-dealers, custodians, trading platforms, private equity firms, wealth managers and insurers — on UK and European financial services legislation and compliance matters in both the wholesale and retail markets.
