On Friday, November 6 at 12 pm EST, Stephen I. Vladeck, who holds the Charles Alan Wright Chair in Federal Courts at the University of Texas School of Law, will join Willkie’s Crisis Management group chair Michael Gottlieb and Global Trade & Investment group chair David Mortlock to discuss the state of the presidential race and the implications for a potential Biden Administration and the 117th Congress. They will address the prospects for further stimulus spending, changes to various regulatory regimes, the impact of senior personnel changes, and ongoing and anticipated litigation in the razor-thin states.

Steve is a nationally recognized expert on the federal courts, constitutional law, national security law and military justice. He has argued multiple cases before the U.S. Supreme Court, is the co-host of the award-winning “National Security Law Podcast” and is CNN’s Supreme Court analyst.

Mike is a former Associate White House Counsel, and David is former Director for International Economic Affairs at the White House National Security Council.
